- Child policies: Children of all ages are welcome. Children 7 and above are considered adults at this property. 
- Crib and extra bed policies: Cribs and extra beds are available at this property. 
- Pets are not allowed. 
- Free parking is available on premise. 
- All Cards with CVC are accepted at this hotel. Your payments are processed with StripeⓇ or PromptPay Network. 
- Nara Residence is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted outside the building area. Failure to comply entails a 5,000 THB fine from the property for cleaning costs and other damages. 
Cancellation Policy 
- All bookings via direct booking are non-refundable. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime. 
- However, we may choose accommodate rescheduling request on a case by case basis.

- Late check-in without notification to hotel from 22.00 to 6.00 am of next day will incur late fee of 700 THB
